About Tropulence
Tropulence is a technology and change firm founded in 2016. Behind it is more than 27 years at the front line of enterprise technology. We help organisations adopt AI and get measurable value from it, combining daily hands-on use of the tools, practitioner change management and senior technology leadership across private industry and government. Based in Brisbane, working worldwide.
Our work spans business analysis, project and programme delivery, enterprise systems and senior technology leadership, including Head of Technology and acting CIO roles. Over the last several years that experience has focused on one thing: helping organisations adopt AI and actually get value from it.
What makes us useful is the combination. We use these tools every day and build with them, so we know what they can and cannot do. We are experienced change managers, so we know how to move people, not just install software. And we have operated at senior and executive level across private industry and government, so we can hold the room with the people making the decisions.

Beyond client work, we build with these tools ourselves. We are currently developing an AI-powered platform built on the Claude API, using, amongst others, its Fable/Mythos models, which means our advice on what AI can and cannot do comes from direct product experience, not just implementation observation.
