Tropulence Pty Ltd was founded in early 2016 to unite the non-development focused disciplines of technology projects into a cohesive unit that could work with clients to bridge the gap between business operations and technical build teams. Tropulence believes the secret to success on any project is to start with clarity of outcome and purpose; and to continue managing that expectation throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong project management skills rely on the ability to take information and make the best decisions in an efficient manner; and then to prosecute those decisions through to delivery. Clarity of outcomes and specifications is the focus of good business analysis and much hinges on the BA to be meticulous in his understanding and definition of requirements and design.

Throughout the project, quality assurance and software testing asks the right questions and serves to keep the project on track to a successful delivery that matches the business and technical outcomes by designing the appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality given acceptable constraints.
